1. Clear Communication Before Arrival
A professional cleaning company should always communicate clearly before a scheduled visit. That means confirming the time window, providing reminders, and answering any questions you may have in advance. You should never be left wondering if or when your cleaners are showing up.
At Platinum Shine Cleaning, we’ve built a system around communication so you feel fully prepared before your cleaning even begins.
Here’s what that looks like:
You’ll receive text and email reminders when you first book, a few days before, the morning of, and when the cleaners are on the way.
Your scheduled time is agreed on upfront and we stick to it.
If you have special instructions or requests, we’ll note them during your call and make sure they’re clearly communicated to the team.
If anything is unclear, you can text or call us directly and we’ll make sure you get your answers.
The goal is simple: you should always know exactly what’s happening, when it's happening, and how to get in touch.
2. Friendly, Professional Team Members
A professional cleaning team should arrive looking the part, either in branded uniforms or following a strict dress code that’s clean, respectful, and appropriate for working inside someone’s home. They should arrive on time (or early), be polite, and ready to walk through the home before getting started.

At Platinum Shine Cleaning, we use a team-based approach. Most standard cleanings will have two cleaners, and for larger jobs like move-outs or deep cleans, we may send three or more depending on the scope of work.
We do our best to keep your team consistent. When possible, we’ll send the same cleaner(s) each time; especially for recurring clients. Occasionally, if one of your usual team members isn’t available, we’ll communicate that a different cleaner will be joining, so there are no surprises.
Consistency matters, but so does communication. You’ll always know who’s coming and why.
3. Supplies & Equipment Included
A professional cleaning company should never show up empty-handed. They should bring everything they need to handle your clean; from disinfectants and vacuums to microfiber cloths, mops, and specialty brushes. The only time you should need to provide anything is if you have specific product preferences or allergy concerns.

6. Walkthrough and Final Check
